Nomads: Refuge Hall

Personal piece exploring my personal project NOMADS, a world I have been developing in my own time that will be part of a bigger series.
'Rising tides and catastrophic weather events eroded the landscapes we once knew. Climate relief corporations commissioned architectural refuge centres to house the masses affected by the floods. These architectural islands were built to resist the incoming tides and housed the displaced. Fast forward, and all that remains are architectural relics. Failed shelters that became places of conflict as opposed to places of safety. These monuments now merely act as a reminder of our brutal past.'
